Your employment with Coody is designed so that you can handle everything via our ever-growing online platform. Here we make sure you enjoy your time with us and you can learn all about and interact with your Coody colleagues. Organize meetings and activities online and IRL such as hackathons, gaming evenings, or cross-country skiing the Vasaloppet together.
If against the odds, you would not enjoy your assignment or if some other concern arises, you have direct access to your contact person who acts to help you deal with the problem or change assignments.
As you probably understood by now, Coody has optimized its operations to be able to provide our consultants with safe and secure employment together with the best possible compensation. Often we can pay around 40% better salary than other consulting companies. By removing unnecessary overhead costs and investing more in our online platform, it is enough for us to keep about a quarter of what many other consulting companies keep from what the consultant takes in.
We offer all our employees traditional full-time employment which, unless otherwise agreed, begins with a 6-month mutual trial period. We then follow LAS (the Employment Protection Act).
