🌳 Occupational pension

7% of your salary is set aside each month for your occupational pension.

☂️ Insurances

As an employee of Coody, you have both health insurance and a pension insurance via Avanza. The insurances are in accordance with ITP and you will receive information about your insurances by post when you start your employment with Coody.

💻 Computer & phone

💻 All employees must have access to a computer for their work. You get to choose a computer from Coody that is ordered in time for your first assignment starts. If your client requires you to use their computer, it goes first, and then we order your chosen computer first until the next assignment starts. You may replace your Coody computer every three years 😃. Computer, software and accessories are ordered after approval by your contact person. Depending on the tasks, hardware and software on the computer are adapted to the service.

📱Coody pays you an allowance on your salary of SEK 550 every month to cover your phone and subscription costs. You receive this allowance to have a phone with a subscription to be available during working hours. For internal communication, we mainly use Slack and Google Hangouts.

We are working with Dustin, so the electronics you need for your assignment (if you need them) are therefore purchased via Dustin.se. The employment agreement with Coody and the customer agreement need to be signed and you contact Operations for these purchases.

🎧 Home office allowance

When you start at Coody, we have a short meeting where we go over your needs for your home office. We will approve a one-off cost of approximately SEK 5000 (incl. VAT). We will also review if you have any special needs that need to be met. When things break or wear out, contact Operations and we'll fix new ones!
