🌳 Occupational pension

7% of your salary is contributed to your occupational pension each month.

• Your occupational pension is managed by Nordea Life & Pension, which offers a default investment solution for your pension savings.
• You can access your occupational pension and benefits through the Nordea Node portal.
• You can choose how actively you want to manage your pension, and we encourage you to log in and explore the available investment options. If you don't already have access to Nordea, you can register here. You can also contact Nordea Life & Pension on 0771-470 470 to book a financial advice meeting or if you have any questions about your occupational pension savings.

☂️ Insurances

As an employee at Coody, you have the following insurance coverage:

• Income protection insurance that provides financial protection in the event of long-term sick leave.
• Premium waiver insurance that covers your occupational pension contributions if you are on sick leave.
• Counselling and rehabilitation insurance that provides access to advice and support from psychologists, health coaches and ergonomic experts, among others.
• Occupational group life insurance (TGL), which provides a life insurance benefit to your designated beneficiaries in the event of your death, whether it occurs during working hours or in your free time.
• Occupational injury insurance (TFA), which supplements the statutory occupational injury insurance and may provide compensation if you are injured at work.

💻 Computer & phone

💻 All employees must have access to a computer for their work. You get to choose a computer from Coody that is ordered in time for your first assignment starts. If your client requires you to use their computer, it goes first, and then we order your chosen computer first until the next assignment starts. You may replace your Coody computer every three years 😃. Computer, software and accessories are ordered after approval by your contact person. Depending on the tasks, hardware and software on the computer are adapted to the service.

📱Coody pays you an allowance on your salary of SEK 550 every month to cover your phone and subscription costs. You receive this allowance to have a phone with a subscription to be available during working hours. For internal communication, we mainly use Slack and Google Hangouts.

We are working with Dustin, so the electronics you need for your assignment (if you need them) are therefore purchased via Dustin.se. The employment agreement with Coody and the customer agreement need to be signed and you contact Operations for these purchases.
