While our purpose answers the question of why we exist, our values answer the question of how we get where we want to go.

We believe in an inclusive culture where everyone feels empowered to be and share their full selves, where everyone belongs. A culture where innovative, passionate, and playful people can grow, have fun, and do their best work. A culture that develops and deepens with every new team member but always stays true to our core values. We are kind and respectful 🖖

We value maintaining that relentlessly resourceful start-up spirit. Complacency is our enemy – we take smart risks and set the bar high as we continually serve our customers in thinking, building and tweaking. If the conditions change - we adapt and excel. We work hard to find the best way to get things done, even if it means we have to venture uncharted space. We are explorers 🪐

When we win, we celebrate the success together. When we fail, we celebrate the new valuable lesson we learned and the journey it took us on. Failure is a natural part of our process. It’s the best indication that we’re trying something new, that we’re reaching for what’s next. And an undesirable outcome doesn’t mean that the wrong decision was made – it means we took an informed risk, as you must do as an explorer. If it worked, we would’ve won big. If it didn’t, that’s ok. We travel on, keep trying, and give each other the freedom to fail again. We don’t fear mistakes but we refuse to repeat them.

Everyone on this space-ship called Coody have a voice and responsibility to help us navigate. When we gaze at the stars we all see something different and this is a good thing! Removing the stigma on mental health

If someone’s not well in life, they’re unlikely to be well at work. Being a consultant can at times be lonely which is why our door is always open. We are here to listen and make sure you get the help and treatment that you need. By talking about mental health, and being open about our experiences, we can create a culture where no-one suffers in silence and isolation.

We strongly encourage you to share how you are doing instead of hiding behind a happy face. We want to maintain a safe and open conversation to normalize the stigma on mental health. Everyone at Coody should without judgment feel safe to be their full selves.
