🍼 Parental leave

As a parent, there are two types of parental leave pay; parental pay when you have a child and temporary parental pay when your child is ill. In addition, you who are not the birth parent can take 10 days off after delivery, in addition to the normal parental allowance.

Having children is a major life event, and we at Coody strongly encourage our employees to prioritize that precious time by taking parental leave. Please let us know as soon as possible when the time comes so that we can plan together to ensure a smooth transition for you and your client.

You must also report part-time absence if, for example, you drop to 75% due to paternity or maternity leave.
