🌐 Internet policy
All equipment, hardware, and software are owned and operated by Coody, unless otherwise agreed, for use in the business. Use of your equipment outside of work is only permitted if it does not risk interfering with use at work.
🗝️ Computer security
Here are our guidelines regarding computer security:
- Passwords are personal and must not be disclosed to another person.
- The passwords must be long and consist of different capitals and letters.
- Everyone at Coody is asked to use extra security for logins. As an employee, you will receive a Yubikey which you are expected to use, but as a supplement or secondary option, we recommend two-factor authentication solutions such as Google Authenticator which is available to download for:
- Everyone who works at a workstation must ensure that the screen is turned off and locked if you leave your workplace.
- When downloading material from the Internet, safety must be taken into account regarding viruses and inappropriate material.
- Data files from unknown senders must not be opened and must be deleted immediately.
- Never use open networks as these can pose a security risk.
